2. Website content
Hotel descriptions, photography, pricing, and availability shown on this website are provided for general information and are subject to change without notice. Always confirm current rates, availability, and policies directly with the hotel before making plans.
3. Enquiries and contact forms
Messages submitted through a contact or enquiry form are forwarded to the relevant hotel and handled on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee a response time and are not a party to any booking or agreement that results from your enquiry — that agreement is between you and the hotel.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to submit false, abusive, or harassing content through any form on the site, or to attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its underlying systems.
5. Intellectual property
The MCX Technologies name, platform design, and site content (excluding each hotel’s own trademarks, logos, and photography, which remain that hotel’s property) belong to MCX Technologies and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is.” MCX Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including inaccuracies in a hotel’s listed information, third-party content, or service interruptions.
